Post Thump in front end.

I have a 98 F150 Xl long bed, V -6, 4.2. I have a thump in front end when braking or when turning in a driveway. I have carried it back to the dealer three times. They checked all bolts in the front end. The thump is still there. They tightened the bolts holding the cab to the frame. The thump is still there. Can anyone help?

I had a similar problem with my '98; they found the lower control arm turn stops were hitting. They applied anti seize to the stops..no more trouble
