Question grease fittings

Have a 97 F150 shortbox flareside 2wd. Only able to locate a couple of grease fittings on the front end. The other joints do not have fittings. Is there any way to put fittings on these joints, and if so, how?
If these joints are not able to accept grease fittings, is there any method to get grease in there?

Thanx

several people here have gotten ahold of syringes and needles for cattle and injected grease into the boot of the ball joints(these are rather large in size)

will fit 97-99 F150, F250 5.4L

Installation was a bear, but I love them now that they're on.
Hope this helps.
