Welcome !! You may get better responses if you describe the vehicle, mileage, and specific remedies that you've tried. In general, if you have true running tires and wheels ( new or rotating and evaluating ) then you may want to check the runout on your front brake rotors and do a front suspension check.

Could be as simple as wheel bearings but we need a vechicle script

Does it happen at particual RPM'S? In other words if your turning say, 3200 RPM (i.e. 70-80mph) when it starts to vibrate, then try running it to 3200 RPM in 4th gear, or 3rd gear (which would be less then 70 mph).

If you still get a vibration it may be your drive shaft. Something to consider.

If you do not get the vibration at a particular RPM and only at a specific speed then it could be as the others mentioned, bearings, tires, brake rotors etc.

Ford has a tsb for this problem. If you have a truck with 139" wheel base, with the 4R70w trans. The tailshaft housing and the driveshaft have to be changed. The problem is that at high speeds the yoke in the trans starts to wobble, if you can get under the truck, grab the yoke that goes in the trans and move it up and down, you should be able to move it up and down a considerable amount. The driveshaft that it gets replaced with is 5" in diameter. Call you Ford dealer and ask them about TSB 01-09-03. Hope this helps.
