What kinda noise is it ??

I'm still tryin to figure out mine. I just replaced the shocks with Bilsteins and I keep getting a noise like the shock on the front driver side is loose when I hit rough roads ,speed bumps etc.. Needless to say I've checked the shocks and jacked up the truck and yanked on everything. Still can't tell....

The noise i have is a very loud squeaking sound when I turn the steeering wheel back and forth or left and right .You see i found something out today about the Ford Steering componets like Pitman arm Tie Rod ends ,seem they make the internals out of some type of rubber that is injected into the inside of the part which is suppose to help in the steering wheel returning to center kind of spring loaded. Well the problem with this as a lot of us ehave found out is that no grerase means wear out faster. All the parts store are fully aware of this with Fords and thats why they sell the greasable replacment parts, however i did also find out today that Spicer also make there Pitman arm and tie rod ends with some type of space age material inside that also does not require grease yet they at least put a grease fitting on there parts so they can be lubed if you want to. Looks like I Cannot do the pitman arm replacement myslef as it requires the steering box to be removed and various other things with regard to the steering comum that my local Freind/mechnic says is better left to the pros becasue one wrong move and you steeriong system could get all messed up do to there being some type of spring loaded deal in the steering shaft /wheel are. Going to caotme 200.00 to have the pitman arm replaced just for the labor.
