Truck Body Tilt

Truck Body Tilt
I have a 1997 F250 Extended Cab truck with about 75,000 miles on it. It also has the factory installed "auto leveler" suspension installed.
The last week, I've noticed that the whole truck body appears to be very "unlevel". The passenger side is quite abit higher than the driver side. It appears that the auto level system has gone wacky and is pumping up the passenger side.
Has anyone else had this type of problem? Where it is a "factory installed" system, is it best to have the local Ford shop look at this as opposed to some other strut/shock place?
The local Ford place may also not be of much help. Any time that I've gone in there for warranty work and mentioned that the truck has the air suspension (in case they want to put the truck up on a lift, they've told me that Ford trucks don't have air suspension systems. I've then always pulled out the owners manual to the page that talks about it and they've been very surpised. Must be an odd option that not many ever got.
