Front Suspension

I have a 2000 F150 XLT with 52000 Miles. On rough terrain and unevan surface heights, I here a squeaking noise in the front suspension. However, I can't find any grease fittings. What's with that? Any ideas or suggestions?

Its Fords WONDERFUL notion of greased for life that aren't actually greased for life.
