4.56 either way, 4.10 only on 33s.

depends on your rear end and powerplant as well as the type of driving you do. For my truck, 4:10's put me at 100rpm over stock at 65mph with 35's. 4:56's will put me around 300rpm over stock at 65mph. There really is no write or wrong, its just personal choice but in a 4x4 its an expensive one should you make a decision you dont like.

4.56 will bring back the low end and then some. But I lost A LOT of top end. The truck shudders & kicks at 95mph or so now, where before I could hit 105 without problems. (But then, I figure, how often do I really need to be doing 95 anyways?)

4.10 on the other hand, will not bring back the low end all the way, but you keep some more of your top end...?

It's a personal decision. Some will say 35s and 3.55s are ok, some say you HAVE to upgrade to 4.10, and some say you HAVE to have 4.56. It's more a matter of preference. I looked into this topic for nearly 2 years after I got my 35s before I finally stuck 4.56s in mine. It's got some grunt now....it definetely ain't fast, but it sure does feel like its got another 100 lb/ft of torque under the pedal...
