Has anyone removed the spacers ?
Has anyone removed the spacers from the rear axle in order to
drop the rear a couple of inches? It is located between the
springs and the axle and has a short arm that reaches inward
about 5 inches in order to cath the snubber.

Removing that block will give the truck the same ride hight as a 4x2. The snubber will then bump up against the axle tube just like the 4x2 model.
