Will Lightning springs lower an XLT?

I have a 2000 XLT Ext cab and just want to lower the front a couple inches. Will swapping out the stock springs with the stock Lightning springs accomplish that?

Also, is there any difference in the Lightning rear shackles and the regular ones?

The springs would lower it slightly. I'm not sure of the shackles.
I have a pair of both from my 99L if interested.
