I guess you did smack that tree pretty hard.
I thought the SuperCrew bumper was kind of special compared to the run of the mill bumper the way it contours to the bed. If there is no aftermarket out there (yet) you might check out the King Ranch color schemes and see if any of those will work for you. I've noticed the King Ranch bumper is a little different. More color-keyed plastic covering.
I thought if I ever needed another bumper I'd consider upgrading to one of those. Might not be for you if your truck is all white.

Check out the company FEY, I was browsing a new catalog I got from the truck part store, and FEY make a fairly close OE copy to the one origionally put on. They also make several other styles of bumper for Ford trucks They're not perfect in matching looks, but they're really close. The only major difference is the step part of the bymper is coated with black plastic and not chrome.
