Rear Sliding Window Cost

Has anyone had a sliding window installed after you took delivery?

I'm been calling around to check into costs and am getting a major case of shock, one location just quoted me $600!

Is this the norm?

Thanks!

Now if I were so lucky that you lived in Vegas you could just pay for the swap.

Dealer is replacing my solid rear window with a slider (at my request) under warranty. They told me the ford factory slider was cheaper than the solid window. They said the slider cost them between $325 and $350. Hope that helps.

Before paying more than $300 (minus installation) for a rear slider, I would look in to getting the power slider. They can be had for the same price as the manual one.

I was looking for a solid rear window as well. The price of glass is unreal. If anyone is in SoCal and looking to trade drop me a email. I'll split the cost of swapping with you.
