I've been waiting for almost six weeks for a new box for my s'crew. Ford is supposed to take one off the line in K.C. and ship it to the dealer. The dealer said that they have tried everything to get one, but they are still waiting. They did get the rear door and rear corner of the cab without any trouble. My question is...Does anyone have a phone number of the regional Ford representative that I could contact? Any help would be appreciated.

(FYI I live in the same county as the assembly plant.)

Regional Sales Office: 816-459-1403

That's about all I can really get you. Everything else is In-House stuff like Payroll, Medical Department, even Hourly Absentee call in.
