I was looking around the truck the other day and I noticed a rather large opening on the right side of glove box that is not used. This is when you have the glove box actually opened.. What is this used for? It seems big enough to put something substantial in..

I've been keeping my Owners manual in there....some people keep thier piece in there. Just pull the little tab sideways and the glove box will open all the way....

Does anyone have pictures of this? I looked at my truck at lunch for this 'little hiding place' and I'm not sure where it may be.

I know about the cupholder removal in the console. Knew about it long before it was posted about. Found it when I installed my first XM setup. It's a really nice area to 'stuff' wires out of sight as well.

Open your glove box, then look at the right side of the opening and you will see a decent sized cubby that is not actually part of the glove box. You can't miss it and when you see it, you're gonna say "ohh, what that hell is that for!?!?"
