JL Ram Air on a Screw

Hey all,

I was at the track last night and I saw a new Harley Screw with the JL Ram Air system. It looked sweet and it ran really well, in the 13's!

Anyway, have any of you guys put the JL Ram Air on your screws? If so, how was the install etc.?

Thanks in advance.

Vic

Exclamation

The JL intake won't work on a regular 5.4

Only the HD & L

The TB is totally different on the HD & L than the 5.4

You could make it work, air is still pulled from the same place. You will just have to do some fabrication!!

You would need your chip reprogrammed as well.

The MAFS is what screws to the JLP air box, not the T/B.
The bolt pattern on the L and HD MAFS is the same as the stock 5.4 MAFS.

Vic, how many places did you post this ?

SSCULLY,

Thanks for the info. I posted in 3 places. I didn't have much luck in one, so I tried 2 more.

Success in numbers I guess!
