Talking lightning conversion

Anybody know what parts I need to install a lightning blower on my s-crew, and where I might find them?

Adding the lightning blower is gonna be more work then you may think. The Lightnings have forged push rods and lower compression pistons... the 02 Harley Screw have these same mods. To do the swap though you would need the Lightning intake, intercooler, intercooler tank, fluid lines for the I/C, boost actuator valve and a retuned computer or a modified computer chip among other things. If you do go this route, I wouldn't run more then maybe 5 lbs of boost because of the compression ratio of the stock engine (9.5 but I'm not 100% sure). The Lightnings also have 42lb/hour fuel injectors. If I was in your shoes, I would personally go for either the Kenne Bell blower or one of the centrifugal blowers like the vortech or ATI. The install for those would be a bit easier cause they come with all the parts needed and would be cheaper in the long run. When you get the blower installed, have it dyno tuned so they can monitor the air/duel ratio through the entire RPM range and have the chip burned to that.

Hope this helps a little.
