It fits the contour of the truck bed and yes it has snaps. I had one and got rid of it. No matter how tight I had the clamps it kept sliding toward the rear of the truck. I tried to move the clamps in different positions (between where it is marked) with no luck. Hopefully they have worked that out.

I have one also (for about 1.5 years). Not as nice looking as the fiberglass covers, but easy to remove and overall has worked pretty well. Does "flap" a bit more than I would like. I had a non-hinged cover in the past and like the hinge feature. Especially useful in the winter when shrinkage is a problem. I did have to reposition the cover earlier this year for reason screwfun mentioned. I tightened the h--- out of the clamps and it hasn't moved again yet. The clamping system could use some improvement IMHO. There have been other discussions about this model in the past so you might also try a search for more input.

Looking at the picture on there web site the hinged one looks like it has more ribs on it than a regular soft cover. Even though I understand it will still flap, does this mean that it doesn't flap quite as bad as a regular cover? So, it looks like a regular soft cover when it's down with the snaps and everything? Thanks for the help guys.
