Odometer/trip Computer

I remember seeing a trick that you could use to get your odometer to do alot more than just tell you your overall mileage.

For example, tell you your MPG and trip distance, efficiency, etc.

I've tried searching for this information on the forums however have been unsuccessful in finding it.

Anyone have a link or the procedure to get to that info? THANKS!!!

Let me see if i can get this right.

With the truck off, hold down the trip odeometer reset button. Turn the key to run and keep holding down the button until the little screen reads test. You can then let go of the button. Press the button to scroll through the different functions. At this point, you can start the truck if you wish
