Question 2003 Herritage SCrew?

Does anyone know if the new for 2003 "Heritage Pkg" is going to be available on the Super Crew? or just the Super Cab.
Additional info on what comes in the "Package", Leather seat availability or not, int colour , paint colour, payload availability etc.

Have any dealers out there ordered one yet? Help,,, I want one bad,,,, in the form of a SCrew.

Check this link for options currently available on the 2003. If it's not here then it probably is not offered. Any Ford dealer should be able to tell you also; since they are taking orders on 2003's and should have all the options and packages for reveiew.

Thanks \b{Mtnmike} ,, That was not what I wanted to hear ( Not available as a SCrew, just SC) but it was what I needed to know.
I may have to do a lot of soal serching to see if I want the Heritage Pkg more than the extra room of my 01 SCrew.

The dealers I talk to around my area here in Ontario Canada havn't even heard about the Heritage Pkg, as usual they suggest that it is probably only available in the U.S.A. .
I have been there before with them, as with the other models they said we probably can't get, like the Lightning, Harley, King Ranch, Cobra,,,, the list is long, but they are all available here.

Just a case of the dumb a$$ dealers, I now only talk to the sales managers and they don't seem to be much better, little or no product knowledge,,, or no desire? They must be selling a boat load of Escapes & Tauruses and thinking they are making big bucks.

I have suggested that they should spend some time on here getting educated about the products they sell but they seem unintrested, oh well, their loss.

Thanks again.

have not heard of it

Is this a regional thing??? I know in 97-98 they had some special packaged f-150s for the southeast. i see some region offers now on Ford's web site for NE and Midwest, but nothing regarding a Heritage Pkg. I guess it could be that Ford's site is written by dumb a$$ web page developers.

4rdFan What exaclty comes on a Heritage package???

salespeople without a clue

Maybe this belongs in a new thread but I agree with you about clueless salespeople. I spent an hour on the internet and learned more about the SuperCrew than three salesmen I came across. For example, at one dealership I was looking at a red one and said, "which color of red is this?" Salesman replies, "there is only one red." Even when I said the Ford website listed two reds he insisted there was only one. When I finally got a brochure, after asking about six times and being put off, I flipped it open and saw available colors and two reds...

Most of these guys have plenty of down time when they're sitting around BSing with the staff, waiting for some action. Why can't they learn a little more about their product?

You are so right on this one. Everything I needed to know I learned from the forums and the great people on this website. What really ticked me off is when one dealership sent me out with an older female salesperson and she was just clueless about the engine, the tow package and the fuses. All she could really focus on was the motorized rear window and the "lovely" two tone of the Lariat edition.

Argh!
