Thumbs up I was hit

It was raining hard on my way to work today. There is a low spot in the road where water pools. I hit my brakes as I hit the water and felt a little bumb from behind. I pulled over and so did the owner of the mid-size car. I checked my Screw and my blue oval hitch cover was slightly bent. The car was another story. The grill was smashed and the hood was buckled so bad that a cat could crawl in through the side whthout lifting the hood.

In a battle of 4X4 vs. car, 4X4 wins. Good thing I did not drive the car today.

rocket,

Sorry to hear about the accident. Glad no one was injured with the exception of your hitch cover. Sounds like the other guy got the lesser end of the deal.

I guess that's FORD TOUGH?

"Felt a bump". HAHAH!! Serves 'em right.

F=ma. In urban combat its "m" that wins.

Glad to hear you're alright.

I've seen a few accidents where the metal bumper was destroy and the plastic bumper on the car was just missing some paint. And I have seen it the other way around like what happened to you. It's nice to be up higher, no doubt about that.

Glad everybody is OK (especially your truck)!

That just goes to show how close some people will follow. It's a dangerous thing!
