Well, one problem. They don't assemble SUPERCREW F150s in Kentucky. The do, however, assemble the SuperDuty Crews. The f150supercrew, itself, is assembled in Kansas City.
Kentucky, to my knowledge, has TWO Ford assembly factories. First and foremost, almost all the explorers, mountaineers, and Sport Tracs are made at a factory here in Louisville. Vehicles also manufactured in Louisville include, Super Duty trucks, Excursions, and some of the utility trucks made for speciality bed mounting kits (Uhaul etc).
Of course, Ford operates a few other facilities in Kentucky that include interior component assembly and frame assembly however, they do not operate under the "FORD" name on the sign in front of their factory.

SuperCrews to the best of my knowledge are ALL made in Kansas City, Missouri. The only thing that might affect quality control is the shifts, the friday models, and just plain bad parts.
Ford is cutting back production across the board, I hope that this will bring the quality way up. even if the price goes up a bit, I would still pay a little extra for the quality. Now don't get me wrong, they still need to compete with GM so there price can't go up that much.
