about to buy some lightning headlights
about to buy some lightning headlights
does anyone know if they are hard to install? i just installed some lightning tails and were super easy. i also installed some clear euro corners and were easy, too. how are the lightning headlights to install, hard or easy?
this might sound silly, but i don't know what color they shine, either. do they shine yellow like stocks or are they "whiter"?

CB,
I was cruising my owners manual and it looks like popping the headlights is extremely easy ... gotta assume that the L lights are mounted the same way. There's 2 slides per light that release the headlight assembly (no more scrapping flesh when trying to fish your hands to get to the sockets - yea!!!). The L lights are way cool ... wish I could afford 'em! They're even fetching around 3 bills on eBay.

Sup dudes,
Just a quick note.
Installing them is a breeze.
Adjusting the light though can be a tad tough.
Just get one of those speed wrenches, the one with the T handle on top. It was the only tool that i found to allow me to get into that small space and turn a rachet. I believe it is an allen head.
If you do the rears, make sure that you get a smaller length bolt or cut down the one you got as it is too long and will penetrate the new light.
