Take off Airforce 1?
Take off Airforce 1?
I'm going in next week to get my radiator replacement. Should I replace the stock air filter? Has anyone had a problem with a dealer working on the truck with aftermarket stuff. Specifically will they not want to remove it to change radiator. Thanks.
I would take it off, not from fear that they would void the warranty, but fear that they would remove it to change the radiator and in the process damage it. After all 20 minutes can save you days of headaches trying to get the dealership to replace it if they damage it, which they probably won't do anyway because its not stock. That's what I would do if it was me. But for basic stuff like oil changes I leave mine on and the dealer is fine with it.

I had my radiator replaced before the program and left my AirForce1 on. Dealer did not say a word.
I also remember reading that Ford offered the K&N through either the accesory catalog or SVT so they have no room to talk.
Also remember they must prove that your modification caused the failure before they can deny a claim.
Good Luck!
