There was a VERY detailed message with pictures posted in this forum by FedExPilot over a year ago, but it looks like it may have gone away. Since Search is not currently working it's difficult to find the message.

Some suggestions

1. You could post a request for FedExPilot to repeat his article.

2. You could read the following description posted under Technical Articles topic in Menu on the left side of the screen.
https://www.f150online.com/tech/lightningfog1.html

Hope this helps.

I did it early this month. Took me about an hour. Works exactly like described... be sure you follow directions and don't skip any steps.

Good luck

Took me about 3 hours to complete. The plastic that you have to file down is a tad more rigid than what I expected. I opted not to remove the face off of the switch (I didn't want to clip plasic melt welds off and have to reglue) and just filed the plastic down using some hobby files (Home Depot - $9.99). That was, undoubtedly, the toughest part. My thumb is still numb from pushing on that little tiny file working that plastic down. I love the mod though. Looks killer with superwhites in the fogs and parking lights running. Good luck!

Thanks to all that responded.
I knew I had saw the article somewhere?

Supercrewone--how about "Anybody But Gordon"?

Can I just splice the wires and not have to cut up my switch?

Thanks gang

Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the headlight switch?
I was thinking of using a jumper wire to give power to the fog lights when ever the parking lights are on. I just need to know which terminals to hook together.

That article lists out the schematic.... I think it'll give you the information that you need.

Just performed the Fog Light Mod today. Works great. Was easier than I expected. If you are thinking about doing it, "Just Do It!"

Here are the directions with pictures. I did mine a few weeks ago. Took me about an hour. Works perfect... just as described.

Just completed this mod on my new screw!!! Why didn't I ever do this on my '99????

Best mod I've done to either because:
1) Its fast, only took about 50 min.
2) It's easy
3) Didn't realize the fog lights will now stay on when the brights are one!
4) AND IT"S FREE!!!!

Ok, so can I just use a jumper wire to run the fog lights with the parks OR must I cut up the switch??
I'm confused?
