The VIN breakdown depends on model year for the vehicle.

I'll assume you are asking for your Screws, and the 2001 and 2002 have the same decoder ring for Screws:

I'll decode the generic VIN for you, listing 2001 and 2002 Screw options:

VIN:
aaabcddefghiiiiii

aaa = 1FT - Ford Truck, built in USA
b = Z - 5001-6000# GVWR, hyd brakes, no side bag
R - 6001-7000# GVWR, hyd brakes, no side bag
P - 7001-8000# GVWR, hyd brakes, no side bag
D - 5001-6000# GVWR, hyd brakes, side bag
E - 6001-7000# GVWR, hyd brakes, side bag
F - 7001-8000# GVWR, hyd brakes, side bag
c = W - F-series crew cab (Supercrew)
dd = 07 - F150 4x2
08 - F150 4x4
e = 6 - 4.6L Windsor, gasoline
W - 4.6L Romeo, gasoline
A - 5.4L Windsor, gasoline
R - 5.4L Romeo, gasoline
(note 4.6L in 2001 has 190-210 HP rating, 225-239 for 2002)
f = check digit (useless info)
g = 1 - 2001 Model year
2 - 2002 Model year
Y - 2000 model year

h = K - Kansas City Assembly Plant, Claycomo, MO
iiiiii = production sequence number, starting at A00001 thru a possible F99999.
