Cool My Super Crew Subs!!

Hey guys-
Well, after months of planning and researching, here is my super crew sub box. It is made out of fiberglass and 5/8" MDF. To make it, I first made the frame of the box which consisted of the sides, top, and bottom. I sprayed the back wall with a light adhesive and stuck a piece of really thin (1mil) visquene (drop cloth) plastic to the back. I then placed the frame where it fit and layed the glass in the back and attached it to the sides, top and botom. I let that set and took it out and layed in 4 more layers of glass which gave me about 7layers total, very strong!!!. Then I cut the front to fit and stapled it on and stuck it with bondo and on top of that, I went over EVERy edge with 2 layers of glass to ensure that it was completely sealed and adhered to the rest of the box well. From there I cut my two speaker holes and used two Illusion Audio ND-12 subs, in case you are not familiar with them, Illusion subs are famous for their superb sound quality. They are powered by a MTX 6500d which gives then both about 400watts a piece. The box came out great. Now I have another idea for a supercrew sub setup that I will post later after I get something fabbed up. For now, if anyone is interested, I will sell this box and sub setup, make me an offer, also, anyone with questions can go ahead and mail me, i will be happy to help out.
