Gibson Catback

Hey Guys,

I have a 02 SCREW with 1500 miles on it. If I go with a catback system does that void the warranty??

Also, I heard that if I go with a K&N air filter that is OK with the warranty BUT...

... If I go with the K&N system, it will void the warranty????

Appreciate any possible help/guidance!!!

Thanks!!!

Exhaust and FIPK will NOT void the warranty

What you are thinking of doing, will NOT void the warranty.

It's just if you have a warranty problem later down the line, and they can PROVE that your modification caused the failure, then you may have a problem.

About the gibson system, save your money, get something else
unless your thinking of the supertruck system.
I have the split rear duals, My factory muffler was louder.

Seriously, look at other options.

I just took my 01 screw in with the Airforce One air filter assy and they didn't give me any **** over it. The dip stick did ask me if it was stock though. As long as you don't mess with the cats your ok on the catback system.

However...

If you're more concerned with performance than sound volume, stick with the Gibson. I absolutely love the SI/DO Gibson on my truck and it is a tad louder than stock, once I also dropped in my FIPK.
