Question heated seats a possibility???

I have an 01 Lariat Screw and was vacuuming today. I do have power driver's seat, but the passenger seat is manual. However, I noticed a wire harness coming from the floor that was connected to the passenger seat. Is this for heated seats?
What else would it be for? I do not have the heated seats option.
Could I use this to get power seats?

Thanks

Could there be a wire that goes into the seatbelt. Not shure though if a wire even goes there.

I believe it connects to a sensor to keep the airbag from deploying if there is not anyone in the seat

The Airbag thing sounds like a good possibility, Also the airbags in the SCREWs are GEN II airbags meaning that they deploy at diffrent velocitys depending on the impact. Also the seats may have weight sensors of some kind too.

This would be intresting to know for those who have kids that may sit in the front, also of cource for us drivers. I don't worry as much as my seat is all the way back and I am 6'4".

Thanks for the replies,

I never thought of airbag wiring. I am wondering if my seats have the heating elements in them?
For those of you with the heat seats option where is the switch?
I could check to see if switch wiring is there too.

By the way I have a Gen III.
