Just took delivery of 2001 XLT SuperCrew. Obtained X-plan PIN but was able to purchase for $100 over A-Plan (Ford Employee) price when dealer misquoted price and claimed they had this truck into current inventory. They did not have the truck and the price quote was wrong.

Sent complaint e-mail to Ford Customer Service and they in turn sent a message to the local dealer.

Dealer contacted me and said they would honor A-Plan price and dealer trade for the truck, which they did.

Very happy so far.
