Hey Stewscrew,

Sweet ride. As for your Autolamp. check to see if you have the photocell in the dash. If so, you should be able to just swap out the switch. When you do, you'll need do the mod listed in the tech articles section. This will allow you to run the fogs in Autolamp mode. Otherwise, you can't thanks to Ford's ingenious new combo switch.

Thanks biggdog
Just came back from dealer and they agree that is the wrong switch. I should have autolamp with my Lariat. They are going to contact Ford as a"misbuild". We'll see.

'Bout time you got that thing - looks great!!

You are right - you should have the autolamp switch with foglights - that is what they installed on mine. I also did the switch mod and can run the foglights in any position except off. Most of the time I run mine with parking lights only and it really looks good. Just be careful when you are doing it. I was prepping my FIRST one and ending up dropping it and breaking it. So $40 later, I had a the second one. Also, the mod does eliminate the foglights turning off when you put the brights on, which I really liked.

Good luck with your new ride.

Guess it is time for me to create my gallery.

Spare Tire Lock

Can anyone tell me if a Spare Tire Lock came with their 2002 Screw? I don't have one on mine yet it says in the ordering guide that it is standard for all the 2002's. The dealer says that it is only on the F250 and that so far, none of his 2002 F150's has one.

Finally got the Autolamp switch thing cleared up...they took one off of another new truck and put it in mine.

Stewscrew: Great looking truck!

Freindly advice from one Crew owner to another... leave off your profile on all but one post. It will decrease the time it takes to download the page and reduce the "scroll load."

Keep on truck'n
