Is there an after-market cd/radio head unit avaliable that is similar in appearance to stock...something that doesn't scream at you? Thanks

Go for the sound...you can turn the graphics off on most head units. I switched out my head unit.(see sig) and it's the best thing of I done..looks better than stock also.

Just think of that area as a music rack, and Ford put in a real CD baker with no features
