Instrument Panel w/dirt film inside

My truck is over 6 months old but is now developing a film of dirt on the inside of the plexiglass or whatever it is that covers the guages. I had seen a topic somewhere on this board relating to this but since the search is not completed with the new software I cannot find it.
Should I take it back for warranty or can I get this apart myself? I did not want to take the dash apart only to find the instrument cluster is sealed.

Anybody else have this?

I have noticed from Day 1 that I had spots on the inside of mine - like something dripped on it and dried there. Fortunately, you can only see the drips when the light comes in at a certain angle. I figured one day I was going to install white gauges, so I would worry about it then.
