I threw code P1000, when I looked it up in my book it says "Monitor checks not complete - More driving required". Then the ABS light came on. It also started with a crunching / grinding noise from the front left. I'm thinking it might be the front bearing. The other odd thing is the ABS sometimes works when it shouldn't like on a slow stop and on a hard fast stop, it won't work??? Any ideas? I'll have to take it into the dealer on the way home to have them take a listen. This is on my 2002 FX4 with 112K miles.
