Is there anything you can do to make the rear seat in a screw comfortable? Has the worst sitting position of any truck I have ever owned. Like to get a slope to the rear like the seats in a F350 screw. Never realized there was such a difference as I never rode in the back of my truck and thought it was like my buddy's 350. Sat in it after a few complaints and it is terrible. Want to do something in the next month or so before we go on a road trip

i agree with you that the back seat is horrible for long distances, but thats just the nature of the beast. im either driving or riding shotgun, if its my truck theres no way your sticking me in the back

Install a dvd player and maybe the movie will take there mind off it.

 

that's the main reason why i bought an 2003 back in Sept. 2003. kids sat in the back of the 04 and hated the straight back postion. the 03 is a lot more comfortable.

there is no reason why they can't make the rear seats recline at least 1-2 inches on any of these trucks.

 

I never seemed to notice it not being comfortable, but then again I'm not sitting back there for long. My kids don't seem to care...lol

 

Have the factory DVD player. Bought the truck to haul the car and boys to the track with 1 vehicle and I hear nothing but whining about the rear seat. Took a real good look at the assembly when looking for the sub wiring and can't see anything to "jerry rig".

Next 1 will be a F350 Crewcab 6'-6.5' box. So comfortable in the back of them with tons of room. Can actually sleep comfortably sitting up back there. Road trips
