Cool

The perfect truck! I was a little worried about trading in my '99 SCab because of the shorter bed, but it did not disappoint me...this past weekend, I went to home depot for a 70 yard roll of carpet, I angled it in, flat on the bed. Almost 5 feet hung out the back with the tailgate down, but I never had any problems taking it home! I love the Screw!

I was one of the first kids on my block to have one of these awesome toys. I got to drive the truck (before it was released) for four days while we filmed the first TV commercial for it. Knew I had to have one right then and there! I've hauled people, boats, and gear through hot, cold, and wet. Loved it then, love it now at 14K miles. I thought I was the only one who had an 'unusual' affection for this rig, but it sounds like I am not alone.

YES! I too love my SuperCrew (when I get to use it). It's my wife's truck. We've had it for about 5 months and it has approx. 10k miles on it. We took it to Florida this winter and it was REAL comfortable. No problems yet. First time Lariat owner with the leather interior. If this truck is as good a truck as the 99' SuperCab I had I will be real happy with it. My 99 had 70k miles, with no wind noise, no squeaks, no rattles and only went back to the dealers once for repairs. It was the drivers side power window (rough on way up and down) but to be fair this window got more use than the norm. It went up and down close to a dozen times a day. The only complaint I have with our SuperCrew is that it has some wind noise.
It's an 01' 4X4 Lariat with the following:
5.4L V8
3.55 LS
Trailer Towing Pkg.
Captains Chairs
6 disk CD changer
Skid plates
Bed Extender
Sliding rear window
Black (single tone) w/med graphite interior
Only mods: Westin step bars & Exang soft tonneau cover.

May Ford keep up the good work building the best trucks!

Cool

Definitely love mine. I've got 5300 miles on it now and I've enjoyed them all. Whether I'm hauling stuff for my yard or going hunting or going out for fun it goes anywhere I want to and looks good doing it. I drive very conservatively and with respect for my fellow travelers, but I have to say folks sure do give me a lot of room in the Supercrew as opposed to my little Honda Accord airporter that I drive some.
This is Ford Country. Shareholder, too. Believe in the product.
