Angry My honker doesn't honk right :(

So the other day, some bozo in a blue/white Bronco decides to cut me off narrowly missing my front bumper by what seemed like a few inches. Now, I NEVER use my horn except for extreme cases like this, but I noticed after blaring the horn after about 3 seconds, the tone went high and has stayed like that. Now my horn sounds like something off a Chebbie Sprint! Does anyone know where the horn is located and what I should do to fix this???

The horns are located under the front right passenger side below and behind the headlight. I had the same problem for a while but they started working again, I think they got wet. Good luck.

Unhappy

I had a similiar experience, but what surprised me was how wimpy the horn sounded, period. My 1989 E-150 w/tow package included the "extra loud towing horn" as part of original equipment. It sounded American made, and I could tell I was being heard. Has anyone tried an after market horn? I don't use the horn much, but when I do need it I consider it safety equipment.
