Post Duraliner Installed Wrong?

Just got a Duraliner put in my new Screw. Noticed that the caps on the end of the rail covers which go over the posts next to the tailgate seem to stick up at an angle (evidently pushed up by the liner) and the middle of the liner on the back edge near the tailgate is sticking up (the back edge of the liner is arched in the middle like someone pulled up on it).
The installer said that the liner would smooth out once things warmed up. Does this sound right? Will it go back once it cools off again?

On my truck, the liner is tucked under the rail cap at the tailgate edges. It is a very tight fit and does slightly push up the caps, but not a whole lot. Is it possible that yours should also be tucked under the rail cap? I know if mine was untucked the caps would push down on the liner causing the arch in the middle you describe.

Lugnut----- On my duraliner (Ford) bed liner every part of the bed rail caps cover the top edge of the liner. I installed mine myself and at first had the back inside edge of the rail caps under the liner. This is incorrect the caps are supposed to be completely on top probably to help keep rain out. My tailgate piece will sometimes have a slight buckle in it when it expands in direct sunshine but when it cools off it goes back flat
