Question Bed Rail Guards on Screws

I visited a dealer over the weekend and all the F-150's I saw (only 1 Screw) had grey bed rail protectors. The sales guy said "they all come that way now." I'm not sure if he meant all trucks, or that's just the way this particular dealer orders them. What did your Screws come with?

Also, if you do have them, how do they work with your hard tonneaus? Any problems fitting or seating thje cover on the rails?

I have had two different F150 trucks with 2 different brands of Fiberglass tonneaus and both fit fine on top of the rails.
