1 800 392-FORD call and demand satifaction. Maybe if we all start calling ford we will get this radiator issue settled once and for all.
Here is my story.........
Well after a trip to my dealer about my radiator, I'm told by them that there is only one radiator for my truck and there is no other replacement for it.
This is a large dealership in Texas and this is the first news they haved heard about the wrong radiators. They had very little interest in my documentation. All they cared about was the part number matching an engineering inquiry through my VIN number.
They said they could not replace it unless FORD came out and told them too. And for me to contact FORD customer service. They did give me FORD phone number 1_800 392-FORD
Or better yet could we get through the deceptive trade practice law?
