When checking the status of your vehicle I do not know what keys to punch to represent letters. It says something like use you alpha numeric code book or something like that. for example, when punching in the body type of W08 what number keys do you press to represent the "W"?

You need some kind of encoder/decoder. If you keep calling back, you'll eventually get the new voice activated system that doesn't require punching in anything. It works fine.

My SCrew is scheduled this week, so you know I'll be calling VOPC often!

 

F = 3 3
K = 5 2
A = 2 1
N = 6 2

Once you get the hang of it, it is pretty easy.
