Sorry...I could not view them at first...problem on my end

I went to my local dealership and showed the head service manager the information from my window sticker (which I kept). He took the sticker and went and talked to the sales staff and came back a few minutes later with two pages copied from the Ford source book. He highlighted an area that showed the "Class III Towing Package Group (535)" and said the package did not include a radiator upgrade. I then showed him in the package were it showed "Heavy Duty Electrical/Cooling Package (531)" which includes "Super Engine Cooling (radiator upgrade)". He is sending Ford a bill for the work as if the work has already been done, hopefully Ford will pay the bill and then my radiator will be replaced. I will keep you posted if it is changed.
