Anybody know if there is a list of Blue Oval Dealerships?

 

I have seen references to the dealers being recipients of Ford "President's Award" on several Ford dealer web sites. The sites quote it as the "highest" award for custmer satisfaction. Is that related to the Blue Oval designation?
