SuperCrewMark -

When you call the VOPC, you will either end up in an automated system or in a voice-activated automated system. Here is the info you will need:

5 digit dealer code
Model Year
VIN or

Body Type (W07 for 4x2 SCrew, enter 9107 if not in the voice-activated system)
Order Number

Don't try to speak to an analyst. They will not help you unless you are affiliated with a dealer.

Ordered 12/16/00......
As of 3/7/01 No VIN number, No Build Date!

I've been to my dealer a dozen times and all I'm getting from them is "we'll take care of you!"

They have agreed to sell me my ordered Screw for around $400 under invoice with 0.9% financing when it gets here - no matter what the current deals are, unless they are better.

My patience is wearing very thin as I need the truck now! My cars cannot take another construction site.

Klooger,
...You should check with your dealer on the following: 1. What priority code did they assign to your order (The lower the number the better - 10 is the number you want) 2. Do they sell alot of trucks - Dealers that sell alot of trucks get a larger allotment and therefore get the trucks faster - I ordered mine on 12/16 as well - It was delivered on 2/12. Also, Some of the posts here have indicated that VOPC isn't always accurate - Have your dealer call and verify where your truck is - They should already have that information in the computer - I got my build date and estimated delivery about 3 weeks after I ordered - That includes the Christmas shutdown - Sounds like they might be giving you the runaround but the deal is good - Hang in there - You're gonna LOVE this truck !

MelonBelly,

When I call the VOPC number you listed above it says "welcome to the conference call center, please enter your pass code". Do I have the right number 1-800-374-7426? If so, what are they wanting when they ask for the "pass code"?

Well, I ordered my 01 HD special on 3/1. If I don't get a Vin or date by the end of next week I guess I'll be calling and determining my priority etc.

lrutt,

Nice bikes! My dad had a Dream and CB750 years ago. Wish he still did. He has a 75 Gold Wing orginal now. Anyway, happy riding and driving!

Question

Chuck_TX,

I see you have the following dates listed:

Ordered 1-26
Built 2-26
ETA 3-15

How long after you ordered did you find out what your build date and ETA were?
