Post bedrug plays nice with bed extender?

well the truck is going to be here any day now... and i ordered a bedrug from the local shop for $387 installed... I'm curious as to how it works with the bed extender... are there holes that need to be cut in the bedrug to accomodate it? don't want to screw it up.

thanks,
Wes

The bedrug as the holes marked on the back side but have not been punched all the way through. I went ahead and took my tie down hooks off and then found the holes by using an awl and made a small hole for the bolts. You should be able to do the same for the bolts of your extendar and the holes should be easy to mark.

Good Luck,
Tim

great, thanks tim! I'm assuming if I make the holes small enough, it won't cause any leaks?

do you ever get water under the rug? either through holes or just from it sneaking under the rim of the bed? if so does it dry out pretty quick?

any other bedrug issues I should be aware of?

thanks,
Wes
