Screwed!!!
I could be smoking rock, but when I was looking for my King Ranch, I had a heck of a time (you might have seen the post about Huntington Beach Ford...), and what I ended up doing was going to the Ford web site and calling dealers one after the other to see if they had what I wanted. I ended up finding one configured perfectly at AutoFair in New Hampshire (I'm in Boston), and a couple others farther out. (The guys from Sheehy in VA seemed very nice too.)
If the dealer tells you there aren't any nearby or that they can't locate one (several dealers told me there were none anywhere they could find), don't be so sure - they may just be unable to locate one at a dealer nearby who'll trade with them for something they've got, or trade with them at no additional cost to the dealer (i.e. even if the other dealer would trade but expects them to pay shipping on the exchange, some dealers might not want to do that...).
So, I might call around a bit if I were you and/or look at CarsDirect, AutoBytel, or other internet dealers. Just my opinion and could be a fruitless search, but for a few hours effort, you might find what you're looking for at a dealership 100 miles away, and be able to get it right now - might be worth it just to have a look?
