I saw somewhere that Ford had a 30 gallon tank in some models of the 2001 F150. I was wondering if this tank would fit the Screw? I believe the Screw has the longest wheelbase of any of the F150's I do not know which trucks have the 30 gallon tanks.

I have the 30 gallon Expy tank and I have been under all three, 30 gal SCAB, 30 gal Expy and 25 gal SCREW (mine). I can see where all the hangers and bolts go and it looks like a direct bolt up. I just need to find time to get back under and do it. Also, I want to wait till it is warmer, snow and all.

My concerns are the fuel lines and wiring for the pump. Don't know if they are in the same place as the stocker.

I am subscribing to this thread - STAY TUNED as this will be one of the first things I do come spring.

 

Thanks. I will subscribe also so I can see what it involves. Would love to have a little bit larger tank. Actually I would like a 50 gallon tank, but will settle for what I can find.
