are you serious??? I'm also 6'3" and i had no trouble at all with headroom on the moonroof screws i have test driven. in fact this is one of the few vehicles I am comfortable in both head/leg room wise, in both the front and back seats!!! wish my truck would come =(

Were you sitting on some phone books? I'm 6'5, and have NO problem with headroom - even with a hat.
