Does any one know how to file a formal complaint with Ford, and not the dealer? I have issues from when I purchased the truck in August that still haven't been taken care of. I've even been holding the "ALL-MIGHTY" survey over the dealers head, but it's doing no good. I think Ford deserves to know that one of their "elite" volume dealers can't take care of business in a timely manner.
