Unhappy wind noise

well, I have previously posted a message about a whistle in the cab from 45 mph on up. It ain't one of those that a radio will cure unless you like blasting it which I don't. Yes, that's right, often I don't even play the stereo at all.
Well, they've been messing with it for about 3 months now and haven't been able to find or correct the problem in the least. We are all stumped. They have made a valient effort, i believe, to rectify the situation but unsuccessfully so.
Now I guess I am going to have to proceed to let them (who) know I want a new truck. I have never gone about this before so any help or advice as to how to proceed or who to call would be appreciated. I am thinking that in my warranty book there is something about lemons and probably a phone number. Is that the route I go? I am thinking that I will first have a conversation with the dealership owner and let him know what I am thinking of doing and does he have any better ideas.
Any advice or comments out there?
thanks

Thumbs down

I think you will be wasting your time. There have been people posting on this board who have had serious mechanical problems (like with the transmission) and Ford said no way to getting a new truck. With a minor problem such as wind noise, I think you have no chance of getting a new vehicle.
