THEFT *flashing*
the *Theft* warning flashes all the time when engine isn`t running is it suppose to didn`t notice it at first if it was. last nite went outside with the dog and thru the back window i noticed it flashing .. ok if its suppose to flash but seems like good drain on the battery over the years ?

Might drain the battery if you didnt start the truck for a couple months..otherwise i dont think its a worry.

Zacky,
It's supposed to do this to warn you that the feature is "active".
I'd guess it would take about 5 years of no use to kill your battery at the rate that the LED uses electricity. In other words.........Other factors will kill your battery before that theft light ever does.
And then, what about those of us with the alarm LED also?????????? :> )
