I would like an attorney to chime in, but it sounds to me that you're giving Photopoint the right to market ( well do anything they please) the photos that you post on their site. So, say you have this great shot you took on vacation and put in your album. Then this magazine sees it and wants to use it . It sounds to me that they can contact photopoint and obtain the rights to use it. In fact they can manipulate the photo anyway they want also.
Now with everyone sueing everyone else these days they can't really use stuff where a person or possesion is identifiable, but the right to manipulate it gives them alot of leeway .
Anybody out there of the legal persuasion wanna take a whack at this ??

Doesn't bother me. I'm sure other sites have simular policies. I'm also am sure that some users don't realize the fact that whatever is on their album list is available to the public as well. Not just the single album link that they believe is only avaible. They aren't aware that folks can view their entire album list w/o posting its link to a websie. Therefore they dont secure these albums on their list, thinking that nobody see them if they (the other albums) are not linked. ...whiskey lets see that tonneau...hardware too if possible...good luck
